The risk of leaf spot diseases in cereals is calculated based on the number of hours with leaf wetness. The model requires the input of the date for development stage (BBCH) 31 or 32. The humidity model was developed by SEGES in Denmark as a decision support tool to assess the risk of wheat leaf spot in winter wheat under Danish conditions.
