VIPS privacy policy

This is our privacy policy

* We treat your personal information in accordance with the current rules and regulations

* We store only information that you provide when registering an account or that you actively store when using the VIPS web pages and the VIPS app(s)

* We store your name, email address and phone number

* If you register field observations using VIPSWeb or the VIPS Field Observations app, we store the observation's location and any images that you may take of an observation

* We do not share your personal information with any 3rd parties

* VIPS administrators can see your personal information

Delete your account

If you want to delete your VIPS account, you can do this from the app by clicking the hamburger menu and select "Slett min konto" ("Delete my account"). You are then requested to choose between:

• Delete your account and all data connected to it
• Delete your account, but transfer the field observations to a system account.
